1. How AI Is Used in Sent2X

These features are powered by a large language model (currently DeepSeek, called via its API from our servers):

• AI Replies — when you click a reply button, the post you are replying to (and, if configured, your saved instruction and recent public posts) is sent to the model to draft a reply. The draft lands in your composer; nothing is posted until you post it.
• AI Discovery — posts found for your topic channels are scored for relevance by the model so the feed surfaces conversations worth joining.
• Remix & AI Planner — drafts written in your voice from a source post or a weekly plan. Agent-written drafts sit in a review window before they are scheduled, and you can edit or delete them at any time.
• Translate — the draft you typed is sent to the model and comes back in the target language.

Every one of these runs only when you trigger it — by clicking a button or by creating and enabling an agent. Nothing analyses your account in the background beyond the features you switch on.

2. What Data Reaches the AI Provider

Only what the feature needs to produce its output: the public post being replied to or remixed, the draft you typed, your saved instructions, your account summary, and samples of your own public posts (used so drafts sound like you). We never send your password, payment details, email address, or API keys to the model.

3. No Training on Your Data

Sent2X does not train or fine-tune any AI model on your data. Requests to the model provider are standard API calls made to generate your output, governed by the provider's API terms; we do not grant anyone the right to mine your content.

4. You Have the Final Say

AI output in Sent2X is always a draft first: replies appear in your composer for you to edit or discard, and agent-written posts go through a review window before publishing. Scheduling and publishing follow the times you set. If you never click an AI button and never create an agent, no AI touches your content.

5. Our Commitments

• Keep this disclosure current — we update it before new AI capabilities launch.
• Clearly attribute AI-assisted drafts in the product (agent and remix drafts are tagged with their source).
• Never use your posts or account data to train models, and never sell them.
• Name the model provider here whenever it changes.

6. Regulatory Context

This disclosure is provided voluntarily and aligns with FTC guidance on AI transparency and the EU AI Act's transparency principles. Sent2X's features are not classified as high-risk AI systems under the EU AI Act.

7. Your Rights
