1. What Sent2X Provides

Sent2X is a web-based X (Twitter) post scheduling service. We provide tools to write, schedule, batch-import, and auto-publish posts to your connected X account. Sent2X is a scheduling tool — it does not provide social media strategy advice, content consulting, or guaranteed engagement results.

2. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate registration information.
• You are solely responsible for the content of the posts you schedule and publish through Sent2X.
• You agree to comply with X's Terms of Service and all applicable laws.

3. Subscription and Payments

Sent2X offers a Free tier (10 posts lifetime, no credit card required) and paid Pro ($39/month) and Max ($59/month) plans. Annual billing available at $399/yr and $599/yr respectively. All payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You may cancel anytime from your dashboard — your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details.

4. X API and Account Access

Sent2X publishes posts to X on your behalf using OAuth tokens you authorize. You may revoke this access at any time from your X account settings or our dashboard. We do not post content without your explicit scheduling or immediate-publish action. Sent2X is not responsible for X API downtime, rate limiting, or changes to X's platform that affect publishing.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Sent2X for spam, harassment, illegal content, or any activity that violates X's rules.
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access other users' accounts.
• Use automated tools to abuse or overload our systems beyond normal usage patterns.
• Resell or redistribute Sent2X access.

6. Intellectual Property

Sent2X owns its code, design, branding, and infrastructure. You retain full ownership of all content you create and publish through Sent2X. We do not claim any rights to your posts.

7. Disclaimers

Sent2X is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted service, publishing accuracy, or specific outcomes from using our platform. Sent2X is an independent service and is not affiliated with X Corp.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sent2X shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you have paid us in the preceding 12 months.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of Sent2X is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to the data practices described there.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in harmful conduct. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your posts and scheduled content will be permanently deleted.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
